Marketing and Advertising

ACI will work with your organization to assess the marketing needs of your facility and assist in developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan specific to the Emergency Department. In many cases, we will work with your in-house public relations staff to create advertisements for local media outlets.

Program Development

ACI will assist your hospital with the implementation of services that are important facets of a progressive Emergency Department, such as:
Occupational Health Program;
Urgent Care;
Hospitalist;
Observation Services.

The services can prove to be both effective marketing tools and a source of additional revenue, effective in fostering an increase in outpatient visits and providing optimal utilization of your Emergency Department.

Corporate Compliance

ACI's standards for compliance are explicit: "All physicians will focus on the clinical care needs to our mutual patients, be compliant with government regulations and JCAHO standards, adhere to organization policies and procedures, and complete all documentation in a timely and accurate manner."

We believe that attending to compliance provides the opportunity to achieve the other goals contained within this statement. Accordingly, our education, performance improvement and physician management resources are coordinated to assure optimal compliance at our partner hospitals.

Mid-Level Providers

ACI is currently providing mid-level provider staffing in the form of Physician Assistants at a number of moderate-volume facilities. These providers supplement the single physician coverage being provided to these facilities during peak volume periods and in conjunction with Emergency Department's Urgent Care hours of operation. The ACI credentialed physician provides direct supervision for the Physician Assistant or Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
