As the Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Moats is responsible for all matters related to medical quality assurance for ACI affiliated hospital emergency departments.

Additionally, Dr. Moats is a resource for EMS, governmental agency and other hospital related issues, including medical staff, policy/performance, regulatory, certification, professional liability insurance and medical legal matters.
