Performance Improvement Coordinator

Responsible for Quality Management activities including, but not limited to, serving as clinical liaison to our contracted facilities and physicians. Assists in risk management and performance improvement activities. Such activities include education, training and counseling, including clinically focused reviews/audits. Participates in the education and training of our contracted physicians, with an emphasis on medical record documentation and coding consistent with CMS compliance guidelines. Registered Nurse or mid-level provider (PA, ANP) with Emergency Department experience strongly preferred.

Recruitment Specialist

ACUTE CARE, INC. is a rapidly expanding Emergency Medicine physician specialty group that contracts with rural hospitals to provide physician coverage in their emergency departments, as well as with the physicians who provide those medical services. ACI is in search of a responsible, self-starter that is able to recruit qualified physicians to provide medical services in 13+ rural hospital emergency departments to cover 9,000+ hours each month in Illinois.

The following qualifications are essential: extremely motivated & independent; excellent organizational, time management, & follow up skills; fluent on computers; exceptional telephone rapport; ability to build strong, lasting relationships, using only written & verbal communication.

The following qualifications are strongly preferred: previous physician recruiting experience, as well as sales & marketing background.
