ACI supports and assists our physicians in meeting the needs of the customers (patients) we serve. To accomplish this goal, we conduct quarterly customer satisfaction surveys, which are performed separatefrom the customary hospital survey process.

To provide ongoing education and continually improve the quality care we deliver, our physicians respond to any concerns registered regarding our Emergency Medicine care at your facility. Physicians are continually evaluated using a proven and effective remediation program. This approach has garnered ACI a stellar reputation in the Emergency Medicine specialtyand consequently allowed us to grow in our capabilities.
