- When you are satisfied that you understand the concepts as represented in the objectives, simply follow the link to the Post-Test and submit the form to the Education Department.

In an effort to assist emergency care practitioners in coping with the increasing medico legal complexity of the practice of medicine, ACUTE CARE, INC. has undertaken a review and discussion of current legal issues of interest to its associates.Intended Audience and Prerequisites:
Physicians and Mid-level Providers (PA's, ANP's) are the intended audience. The course material includes information of interest and import to nursing staff, hospital administration personnel and prehospital providers.Faculty Credentials:
