Jennifer Richards, RN, CPHRM, BS, has been with ACUTE CARE, INC. since 2003. She oversees and is responsible for Quality/Risk Management activities, including education, training and counseling of contracted physicians, with an emphasis on medical record documentation. In addition, she assists the Chief Medical Officer in resolving issues related to the quality of care, and in performing focused reviews and audits. She also serves as a clinical liaison between client facilities, contracted physicians and ACI.

Jennifer previously served as a Performance Improvement Coordinator for ACUTE CARE, INC. and worked as an RN in the Intensive and Coronary Care Unit and Emergency Department at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames, IA. She also has extensive experience in a variety of outpatient clinical practice settings. She is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management, Emergency Nurses Association and American Association of Critical Care Nurses. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM).
